  • Yes, Airguns are legal in the United States, but there are some important regulations to be aware of. The specific laws regarding these products can vary by state and locality, so it's crucial to familiarize yourself with the regulations in your area.

    • NOTE- WE WILL NOT SELL ANY OF OUR PRODUCTS TO ANYONE UNDER THE AGE OF 18.

    • Note* Due to certain regulations we unfortunately will not sell nor ship products to New York, Rhode Island, New Jersey, and Illinois. New York for one defines ALL non-powder pistols & rifles such as those that fire BB’s or pellets as “Firearms”. And regarding the other states mentioned… we just don’t want to get tied up in their politics.

    • Michigan residents- Airguns must be .177 cal or less for legal purchase

    • Warning- Don’t be Stupid. Do not brandish or display any Airgun or any Other product we sell in Public! It CAN and more than likely WILL Confuse people and in most cases be a crime. Police, Law enforcement, and other Law abiding Citizens may think its a firearm. Don’t act like an idiot, don’t put yourself or others in this potentially deadly situation.

    • Be smart and don’t bring these items to Places such as Schools, Daycares, or any Gov. building or facility. Some of these items have regulations for use with-in city limits. Do your research BEFORE purchase.

    • Also DO NOT change the colorings or markings to look more like a firearm. We’ve all seen on the news of what can happen if you do this. Plus it can also potentially be a crime.. besides an untimely death for you or those caught in the cross-fire. Don’t put yourself or your loved ones in that situation.

  • There is no license or permit requirement for purchase in any state at this time with the EXCEPTION of New York which requires a license to possess a BB or an Airgun. But be aware that laws and regulations can change frequently.

    We also will NOT sell nor ship products to New Jersey, Rhode Island, and Illinois. We apologize, just don’t want to get into the politics of these states.
